One of the most beautiful Ferraris made in my opinion, long or short wheelbase. McQueen was COOL.

yeah Steve McQueen was cool. I am asking for a couple of his movies on DVD for my BDAY. Bullit and The Hunter.

Correction.....Steve McQueen was the Essence of Cool.

I wish he would have made more movies. He was one of my favorites when I was growing up.

Try the movie LeMans. Its a good one also, On Any Sunday,The Getaway. My favorite, with him as the king of cool The Great Escape. You don't get any cooler than that. He was a car guy through and through.

I have seen The Great Escape so many times. It is one of my favorites and I finally got to see it in HD. Totally awesome!

I also saw Bullitt in HD and you can really see all of the mistakes in the movies but the high speed chases were very real.

Have any of you on this forum bought one of the Steve McQueen watches from Tag Heur. Very nice with a nice prices.

He used it when racing.

Sweet car, it would be nice to have, but I don't need it. I would be content with a Viper even if it doesn't have that sweet Italian leather.

You said it right Jeremiah, He is the essence of cool. In the Great Escape he rides a Triumph and did all the stunts except the jump over the fence. He attempted it but crashed so they had someone else do it. He was also the German soldier that got hit by the wire.

He drove the Mustang as well in Bullit as we all know. And rides a Triumph. Hmm, Definetly the Essence Of Cool, can't argue that.[sm=shades.gif][sm=smiley17.gif]
