RE: Top 100 movies of all time
There are some good movies in that list, however there is a hugh amount that should have been. The latest move that is on that list is Lord of the Rings. What about some of the movies from the 1980's or early 1990's? Anyway thanks for the post

RE: Top 100 movies of all time
Oddly, I don't see:
Vanishing Point (1971 version, of course) Gone in 60 Seconds (1974) Thunder Road (1958) Two-lane Blacktop (1971) Dirty Mary Crazy Lary (1974) or even Redline 7000 (1965) Now that, my friends, is pure entertainment. |

It's amazing how many of those movies I have never seen, some I haven't even heard of before, but one of them I know very, very, very, very well. One of them was filmed in a location where I visit regularly. Take a guess which one (and a particular person who knows the answer doesn't get to guess either).

ORIGINAL: RoswellGrey Hazarding a guess, I'd say, 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.' ORIGINAL: Paladin06 How about The Shining?? "Go Crazy?" "Don't mind if I do!" crazy screams No, as well. Nope and nope. Common, I might be a little different but I'm not crazy. I'll give you a hint, the plot of the story was supposed to take place in the south but the actual filming took place in the mid-west despite their references to the state where it was supposed to take place in. . |

RE: Top 100 movies of all time
Since I was a big X-files and Spiderman fan I would love to have seen those movies added.
I saw Vertical LImit in HD the other day. It looked awesome. I am a big Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn (she was as classy as Jackie Kennedy) fan and I recorded Charades in HD. I saw the first few minutes.....totally cool looking at these very old movies and they looked they were just filmed last year. |
