I went to www.autoweek.com and they have this poll regarding the Chevrolet Camaro concept, I chose the last option but I thought ya'll would like to voice your opinion as well.

Here is what the poll looks like for options:
You knew this was coming: So, what do you think about the CHEVROLET CAMARO CONCEPT?
-Build it! It's '69 all over again
-A nip and tuck away
-Build a Camaro, but not this one
-One word for you: Challenger

 

I also chose the last option; it's second to the first one by about a 2 to 1 margin... 47.4 to 24.1 %....

Anybody heard that the Camaro concept is just a mock-up? It's not a running, driving car at all, unlike the Challenger....

 

The poll was designed to get response from the public on whether or not the Camaro concept should be built and less than half the respondents said yes. Funny though that one fourth were still thinking of the Challenger they had seen! Good sign for Dodge, bad sign for Chevy. Go Mopar!

 

im not at all suprised...this camaro is no competition for the challenger in appearance, or performance...

Are you sure about the performance part? I have heard that the camaro, if built, might have the 7.0 Z06 engine in the Z28 or SS model. If they offer the NA 6.1L as the top option with no upgrades, the camaro will win. But as for appearance, hands down the Challenger is hot, and the Camaro is a disgrace.
