Fuel Pump Relay

At times, I don't hear the standard humming/clicking Of Fuel Pump Relay when starting the engine, is the fuel pump relay faulty? how can i replace it?

It's fine. It won't make noise if you have enough fuel pressure for starting. Some of that noise is the pump itself. Does your car have a problem running?
