Default HP question

If you add the K&N aircharger (they say 21 hp increase) intake, the Diablo predator perf tune with 93 octane and CAI (they say 15hp increase) and a MBRP exhaust(they say 24 hp increase)....will this increase my RT's HP to 435 HP?

I'd take it with a grain of salt. Best thing to do is put it on a rear wheel dyno and see what the numbers are. They can take your results and tell you what the crank HP is. I think you will see a nice gain and put 360-390 to the wheels. And that would be nice for sure. It might do just that but I would rather see the results on a dyno.

Just to give you an idea. I added: Headers, catless mid pipes, Magnaflow cat back, ported throttle body, a catch can, Predator tune, 180 stat, and a K&N filter. My car dyno'd at 363hp and 398 torque. I have since added a CMR tune but have not been back to the dyno. Those number put me to around 430 at the crank.

Now that is something to shoot for. Those are good numbers and hard to argue with. It seems we have alot of motor to work with and the bolt ons will really show on the dyno. Hey 10secDodge, have you been to the strip lately? I hope to go when I get back from Kansas.

The last time out I was running 12.70's.....it was in the 80's that day. I will be going again Sunday.

Good luck when you hit the strip again.

Default I'm Curious?

Have you tried the Diablo Sport Predator? Or, Catback exhaust?

I must be misunderstanding something, I coulda sworn the R/T had 374HP to begin with, so how come you guys are quoting 360HP as something to move up to? or is the 360 numbers at the crank while 374 is at the wheels?

The higher number is crank HP and the lower number is wheel HP. The factory has always used crank HP. Whats important is what you put to the wheels.
