I would like to see Magna get it as they already are producing many componants for Chrysler cars now but Stronach does not have a union in any of his other North American factories so I think the 19 Billion dollar pension and benefits liability would be a major concern for him.
Either way it looks like something is going to happen in the next 30 days.
Yes, that is one reason why I fear Magna will not want to take it. The unions can be a pain to deal with. Plus I don't know if they have the money they need to give Chrysler the funding they need.
