Magnaforce are fine but if you want a true bolt in set up. Alterkation from Bill Reily is the way to go. Built by a true mopar guy and bolts directly in. Search Alterkation suspension and you will find it. If you drop me a line I can look up the exact website. That is what I put on my 72 Challenger and am so glad I did. Drives like a new car. If you talk to him tell him Jim in Michigan gave you the info and said hello.
I agree with you 100%. Altoughth xv systems are a great design, but there putting all of that weight to your shock mounts. You can buy a brace to help compensate it, but the AlterKation system in my opinion is a better engineered piece. I wish I had the money to buy one, instead I'm rebuilding the stock style suspension.
