RE: Priced out a Charger the way I want my Challenger
You guys are nuts if you think you are getting this car for less than 40k. I think we will be looking at 46k at bottom end.
For those of you who want to wait until there are more options, lower cost, other breeds, etc. that’s cool, I can dig that. That leaves a better chance for me to get my hands on one next spring.
But I might remind you of a known fact about the valuable muscle cars of the past. (and I promise this car WILL be a collector) In MOST cases, earlier models are more valuable than later models regardless of options. Hence, in 30 years, my stock no options 2008 dodge challenger will be worth more than your 2009 dodge challenger with options that you will probably or probably not pay more for than I do for mine.

Just trying to help a guy out in making a good choice should he be looking SERIOUSLY at purchasing this collectors item.
