This doesn't give us very much info but thanks for posting it. That part about the plastics being of "high quality" and "do not assume that plastics are cheap" line is so full of B.S. Hard plastics are cheap and are not as desirable as the soft materials that they used to offer until the last couple of years. Don't make excuses, make changes to satisfy your customers.
