RE: Chinese food 'made from cardboard'
i cook as a hobby of sorts, and that stemmed from running the eatery for about a year. i was basically only hired to bust the balls of the employees and improve the running of the place, but when we were slow, i did the cooking and while it was nothing fancy, i know my way around the kitchen...ive actually been thinking about getting some formal training.
