LOL! Hard to say what I would do. I wouldn't want to touch them so then they wouldn't think I was trying to physically harm them since you can spend time in prison for that. I wouldn't want to drive away since that would be evading an officer, plus if he got hurt or killed in the process, it would be my fault. I would carefully try to wake him up.
