It doesn't look like it was that terribly busy. I would have just repositioned the car. It seems like she is a city woman and inexperienced with the procedure. If it was in Germany, it could have been that she was concerned about turning the car around due to the possibility of her BMW having a manual transmission (which is a lot more common over there). Who really knows.
