Yeah, but the point of what this guy is doing is to get better gas mileage without sacrificing power. And lower emissions.
Wouldn't it at least be able to do that much without the electric engine? Granted the electric engine helps extend the fuel economy, but wouldn't this engine already accomplish the better fuel economy part on its own?
