In this case the Dealer will not change anything over sticker. I'm not sure how many cars out of 5000 any dealer will get so you maybe right about the only getting one. So it may not be a problem to be second and get STUCK with a 2009 Manual. The Warranty does not apply to SRT models at all so that's not an issue, if all the 2008's turn out to be SRT's. Of course the best I can tell nothing is offical yet.
