Just got back from my local Ford / Dodge dealer. I was looking at a 2008 GT 500 (Cobra) that came in over the weekend, it has a MSRP of $42,000.......the dealer price is $58,000. He informed me that he received word that he would be allocated 2 Challengers from the initial batch (5500) to be produced. He told me that if I thought the mark-up on the Cobra was high, wait until I see what the mark-up on the Challenger was going to be. Guess I can wait for a 2009 model.
