The salesman I spoke to said there is no certainty that a manual transmission will be available in the calendar year 08 even with the 09 model.
That would suck... if I can't get a manual SRT8 I'll just have to supercharge my Mustang.
The manual has to be on the 09 model... they need to compete with the Mustang and Camaro. From the news, I'm guessing the 08s will all be SRT 6.1L automatics, then the SRT and RT 09s will come out in summer with both auto and manual options... just a guess. I hope late 09 will offer some options and no dealer mark ups.
