Dodge shouldn't even say how many they plan to make. Once you put out a number it becomes a "limited edition" and dealers will use that line to jack up prices. Dodge only makes XXX amount per car, the more they sell the more they make. Dodge is better off with 20,000 happy customers who paid MSRP than 10,000 customers who felt gouged by their dealers.
