Kramtrah, from what has been said on here by others, unfortunately Chrysler isn't allowed to control their dealers, not allowed to stop them from raping the public. They can only coach. Now there is one thing they can do to the dealers that do have it if they don't cooperate. Pull their five star rating. That would change a lot of things for them if I had heard correctly, but who knows if the law could step into that or not, or if they even could.
