RE: Toyota's New Year's Resolution: sell 9.85 million cars in 2008
If Toyota wants to continue growing like this, they need to make their new year's resolution to improving quality which has been declining in recent years. If reliability is what helped to destroy the Big Three's reputation in a market place with declining customer loyalty, then it can happen to Toyota as well.
