RE: Dodge Announces Exciting New Journey Crossover
I hope they style this more like an SUV (but not boxy like the Nitro) and less like a station wagon. If they do the SUV styling it will probably do fine. I'm not sure if dropping the short-wheelbase Caravan for this was a wise move as it had an already proven market, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try to experiment to gain a new audience. I just think that the powertrain line-up combined with the interior appearance could cause it not to succeed. There is a possibility thought that my parents might look at one eventually to replace their Caravan due to the fact that they are wanting AWD and do not want an SUV due to higher fuel prices.
