Default RE: updated list, deleted old

I started early on at the 2006 NAIAS in Detroit. I keep all the literature organized in acid free bags, labelled, and in chronologic order. Each piece also has a 3 x 5 card, in the same order, with a little more detail about the article/photo, and I keep the master list in my documents/MSWord on my computer. Adding new finds goes pretty easy because they mostly get tacked on at the end. I have good spotters too. My dad is a newspaper reader, my assistant Linda is a news program watcher, and you guys too! Finding my list on the forum and editing hte post to add to it is toughest of all!

I have a similar set up for the toys, posters and Chrysler published stuff. I think I have everything I've seen except the Dealer pre sale brochure (well over 100 bucks on ebay the last two I saw posted) and the new Revell silver R/C car.

I've been collecting classic and retro Thunderbird stuff for 18 years. The classic T bird stuff is harder to catagorize because there is always so muych of it. The retro stuff (and retro bird forums) helped me keep stuff in order. Now that t bird is out of production there is nothing new for retro bird to hunt down.

Also, I have kept many contacts over the years, have a place to keep things, and the expereince to know, that it's easier and better to keep it in order from the start and add to it. It does take time, and some ongoing effort. I like to do it, and appreciate your appreciation.

Hey, I was selected by our local Dental society for a Dentist and his hobby article. I sent them stuff about the 57 Tbird and Dodge Challenger
