The amount of additional room in the rear seat of the `05-Present Mustangs is pretty negligible. Having owned a `99 and now an `05 I speak from experience.

well i guess cause i am only 5'7" 140 lbs unless there is a little more room in the back of the 99-04 mustangs than the 05-08 mustangs
