As you can see it's been a while since I got on, but finally I'm getting back to replying.

Anyone who can put down $10,000 on a car is rich in my books. Ha ha ha. I myself have never had that ability to put down that much money on a car. If I did then I sure wouldn't be living in an apartment and I would definitely have another vehicle, though I don't know why since I can't garage my car.

Yeah, tell me about it. I would love to get a house in this area, but I'm sure that's nearly impossible for the price. It's a nice central location to everything and if I were able to get a job where I would like, I would only be about 2 miles away from work. That isn't happening anytime soon though unfortunately, but I definitely continue to keep my eyes open just in case.
