Default RE: What Salary needed to afford Challenger

I have my own business and I'm working hard on increasing my
sales so I can buy this car, among other things. When you work
as an employee, you get paid a fixed amount, and your employer
pays you as little as he can get away with. He delays giving you
raises, if any, and when you do get a raise it's a tiny, pathetic
amount. When you have your own business, it's do or die! You
can either starve or live in luxury, or anywhere in between, depending
on how good you are and how hard you work.
There's no guarantee of any minimum income but no upper limit on your
income either. The sky's the limit, and there's always many things you
can do to increase sales and profits. You just have to get busy and do it!
The hardest part of business is learning how to be good enough at it to
make money! Most new businesses fail because the entrepreneur does
not know what he's doing! Once you learn the ropes and establish a
steady income stream, then the remaining challenge is to grow the
sales as big and as fast as you can. It's very demanding but it's very
exciting and rewarding too. When you get past the early frustrations
and you start experiencing success, it's the sweetest feeling ever.
