well in my business i think that my employees are my greatest asset.. i dont pay them as little as i can get away with.. they have great benefits, twice the pay they would make any where else and lots of vacation and holiday pay not to mention... health, dental, and a 401(k) plan. It is nice going to work and knowing everyone there really likes their job. But hey that is just me.
