I had a friend with a brand new Z28 (think it was 79) with a 4 speed, man did I have trouble fitting my big feet under that dash not to mention not clipping the brake when I pushed the clutch - that causes some unexpected excitement. For a relatively weak car it was fun and a head turner.

Any damage to the car when it hit the ditch?
