RE: Dodge Challenger Sold Out - Auto Shows
I saw my dealer today with mixed emotions.
Except for the dealers 1 allocation vehicle ordered that is listed as a C - (Tentative Schedule), my order is a BX - (Good order available for scheduling).
Even though I requested the car 2 years ago from the dealer, (due to a new Sales Manager) my official preorder went in well after the 6400 limit was reached (order listed as Dec 28, 2007).
The bad news is I potentially will not get one of the limited edition 2008 vehicles as well as being one of the first 6400 to have it.
The good news if I get the 2009 it includes potential for manual transmission, sublime green, bugs worked out and it may only be a couple/few months after the 08's deliver.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that they will even release the 392 hemi in the 09 models - Please, Please, Please.
What do you think my chances are???
