I wouldn't hold my breath. I heard a rumor that the reason why they didn't offer it was the fact that the high output adjustments caused reliability conflicts with the MDS. The 6-speed might help with this. I agree with you Applegarth on trying to avoid the Gas guzzler tax. That would be wise to try to avoid if possible.
