In Dodge land "functional" means hole that lets air in, nothing more. Charger and Magnum are also listed as functional.
Not what I would consider a "functional" hood scoop... but Dodge apparently deems it "function." So, "functional" it is! I guess...
Could we go as far as to say that Dodge's definition is a bit dysfunctional...
