Default RE: Brembo Brakes on Challenger

ORIGINAL: DamnSkippy

So in a brembo system, is they're something special about the Master Cylinder, or does all the magic happen in the calibers? I'm no brake expert, but I would imagine, the superiority of a these breaks are largely in the design of the calibers and not the inducer of pressure on the brake fluid. To this end and if this assumption is correct, seems like bolting new CaLIBERS would be breeze.
To have a state-of-the-art braking system, you have to have the 4 piston Brembo (aluminum) calipers, cross-drilled/sloted rotors, and high performance brake pads. Brembo makes a Sport Brake system for most cars. It works with your existing master cylinder.
