Now why weren't the police actually running the plates. I seriously doubt all of these kids had white 1957 Bel-Airs. The cops need to pay attention to these things. As you said Jeremiah, they should know better. Behold the competence of Uncle Sam and remember things like this when they insist they know what's good for us and we don't.
