Default RE: Let DCX know your opinion!

Sent mine in December, response:

Dear Marvin:

Thank you for your recent email expressing interest in the Dodge
Challenger concept vehicle.

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response to your email.
Because of the public's current interest in DaimlerChrysler Corporation
and our new products, we are unable to respond as promptly as we would
like.

We greatly appreciate your feedback on the Dodge Challenger concept. It
is comments like yours that are paramount to longevity of the Dodge
brand.

Unfortunately, because this vehicle is still in the concept stage, there
is no pricing or production data available.

We have documented your interest in the Challenger and we encourage you
to stay in contact with us through the Dodge website
(http://www.dodge.com).

Many of our concept vehicles have made it to market, such as the
Plymouth Prowler, Dodge Viper, and the Chrysler PT Cruiser. I have
documented your interest and will forward it to the product planning
department.

If you have further questions, please feel free to use the reply link
below. You may also call us on our toll-free number at 1-800-964-0600.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you.

Dodge Challenger Concept

I have been following closely any information I can find on the
Challenger concept and am very excited about the possibility of it's
production. Having been a lifelong devotee of Chrysler brands and a
former
Challenger owner I would definately purchase the new Challenger if
production models were built with this design. The original is a classic
design that to this day still looks modern.
With the success of the
new Mustang and the possibility of a rebirth of the Camaro, I believe
Dodge
needs to position itself to capture some of this market.
Having been
involved in several online forums, which I am sure you have been
following
it is obvious to me there are customers who will be there for this
vehicle.
Not just Dodge enthusiasts have expressed interest but owners of other
brands are excited about the concept as well.
If the new Challenger is
introduced at a price competitive with the competition and not too late
to
the market I believe Dodge will have a huge success on it's hands. I'm
proud of Chrysler and Dodge being known as the leader in
design. Build
this car and continue the trend. You all are doing a great job, please
keep
up the good work and stay leading edge.
Sincerely.
Marvin L. DeJaynes

I found the paragraph about past concept vehicles that have made it to production VERY interesting and also the part about forwarding my interest to the product planning department.
C'mon everybody flood them with requests to build it! The more potential customers they hear from the closer and quicker to reality it will become!
