Doug Betts, Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, began sending out the notes as part of an overall strategy to increase customer satisfaction with the total sales experience. It is part of Chrysler's “Customer First” program.

Anybody having a bad dealer experience buying their Challenger will be able to give Chrysler an ear-full.
