As far as "extended road tests" I know the FOrd dealer where I work DID NOT take out the gt40, any of the SHelby's or GT500s. Waited to be sold, then 1 tech and sales, or service manager road tested for PDI. I know not all dealers abide by that, but I'm sure the more reputable (sp) ones would.
