I'm not positive on this but, a Rallye Challenger would have the handling package. It would be a crap shoot on the base. If you had the 340 then I would think a sway bar would be on it. If a 318 came in the car then more likely no sway bar. The 340 was the premium engine by 73 and 360 by 74. I have heard of some 400s in the Cudas 73-74. But a base Challenger would need someone to pay for and check off that option. I would think the disk brakes and power steering would be there with the sway bars as a total package, but with Mopar that is not a given. I have seen some odd pairing.
