Default RE: 6.1L vs. 5.7L Manual Trans HP Ratings?

I could see this go in one of two ways. It is possible that the lower output through the exhaust was intended on the automatic for the R/T so then people would only need to use the more affordable mid-grade fuel over premium needed on the manual models, on the other hand as others have already stated the SRT is already hitting the limit as is with the laws, so then again it might not. I also have read before that the 5-speed W5A580's torque limit is supposed to be around 427 ft-lbs, so it is possible that they might have held back on the engine so then it wouldn't blow anything and since we know that the TR-6060 can handle far more than 427ft-lbs without breaking a sweat, it is possible the output might be higher.
