I called Dodge customer service and now my VON has changed (to a much higher number) and my original VON is in a lady's name. My status was C in Feb. now its BG (unknown) under the new number. Wow, I'm hot. I just don't know what to do anymore. I've called the dealer and told them I ordered an 08 not an 09. If it wasn't going to be an 08 I wanted my deposit back. And they did give me my deposit. So, I guess I'm out of the game. Everyone enjoy your rides. And remember what everyone else went through to TRY to get where you are. Can I list the dealers that are not doing right in my area? Or is that a no no in our rules for this site?
YES LIST THEM NAME AND CITY YOUR SALESMAN AND THE MANAGER and file a complant with Chrysler all you need is the VON number's and your REF number. Also if there is a TV station in your area that has a investigate reporter I would call them also they love to blast companys that rip people off. And judging from what I read on this site and the unity I would think that many of the members of this site would also give them a ring and tell them a thing or two.
