call 1 800 992 1997 press buttons till you get to a real person tell them you want to know the statis of you ordered car and give them your von # wait on hold about two mins then they will tell you... all have been very pleasent the times I called. dont be afraid to ask questions though the answeres may not always be acurate...good luck
