KrisSullivan, I think you underestimate the huge difference age makes in insurance. I can't speak for where you live, your driving history or other factors but I'm 22 and I'm paying what most these people are in 6 months, not a year. And that's for a 4 cylinder econo car with a completely clean driving record not to mention I'm still on a family discount plan.
I'm anticipating paying $200 a month if I get a V6 and probably $250 or more for an r/t. I'm not sure how big a difference the engine actually makes though. . .
