Did you guys know when the Plymouth Superbird and Dodge Daytona came out, they were barely able to sell enough to make the cars eligible for NASCAR. Most buyers thought they were too radical for the street. Go figure.
Yes, in fact I've heard that some dealerships took off the Spoiler just so then they could sell them. There was one dealership that was never able to sell their's until many, many years later when they became sought after. The fact that these are so rare are the reason why they are worth so much.
