That looks like the chick from Saturday Night Live in the back. You know, the one that does the cheerleading skit with Will Farrell...hell, forgot her name. [ADDED: Cheri Oteri I think is her name.]

Check out that other thread with the Challenger in different colors, I did that medium blue one for you.
