The 2009 ordering guide indicates it's not available in Hawaii, Guam or Pueto Rico.

I will check with my cousin, but I recall hearing MyGig and Nav are not offered in all regions. Not sure if I heard it correctly. I can check.
I will post the SRT8 order form too, maybe after work ... let's see if it is there.
