I find it hard to believe, but at the same time it wouldn't surprise me, the simplest part of the production would be the paint. They've only had 6 months to mix and test the paint. To find a problem now with the paint and hold up production would be an anomaly. There is no way that this is the cause of delay. They could paint mine red and I would be happy.
