RE: Who has a 2008 Challenger on order?
I don’t believe for one second that Dodge is holding on to these cars to cause a commotion. I’m sure they want them out the door, but they know this is a really high-profile vehicle, and if it has major problems, they will have egg on their face big time.
Hell I remember my dad custom ordering a ’72 Chrysler Town and Country wagon, and it was supposed to arrive in 5 weeks, but ended up taking over 2 months. So maybe this is nothing new, everyone is just used to buying cars off the lot these days. But when that wagon came in, it was like Christmas in June.
