Isn't the factory engine cut off a 145MPH?
I have no idea - no one has one to hold wide open yet, so I haven't heard where the PCM starves it for fuel.
Dodge's literature shows the car with a terminal speed of 174 - aerodynamically restricted. There's more engine left at that speed - the shape of the car is what limits it to 174.
