Albeeno, keep in mind this was a pre-production car. If the real 08 fascia does not line up, I am sure the owners will raise holy hades. That would be completely unacceptable for a 40K car, and I think (hope) Dodge knows that.
0-60 times will always vary a couple 10ths from one test to another. Ambient temp, track surface, driver technique, elevation, condition of the particular engine/tires/drivetrain of the given test vehicle are more than enough to cover a couple tenths variation.
