They said gas hitting the big $4.00 would be when it really makes its impact. And I agree. Unless I strike it rich soon I'll be forgetting about the R/T. The $5 and $6 marks are just too easy to see now. I actually see this possibly effecting the V6 models moreso than the R/T and SRTs. I tend to think V6 buyers are more budget minded in the first place where RT and SRT buyers could probably afford gas if it was $8. The people who intended to buy a V8 all along will still do so where people looking at the V6s will turn towards smaller cars now.
