You're right in a way, however, the dealership allocations had to have a person's
name associated with the car or Dodge would not build it. The only way one will
arrive at a dealership for sale is if 1: the dealership lied and attached a fake
name, or 2: a customer backs out of the sale or cannot finance the car.
