I don't think every dealer got a Challenger, simply because I have heard of too many that got 8-10. In my mind that leaves someone out. Also, you did not have to have a name on every car. I had my name on one with less options but decided to get one that the dealer ordered that was fully optioned. My name is still on the other one and it has been purchased by someone else. I am getting the one that says "retail".

Since dodge promised a challenger to every dealer I'd imagine that includes the very small middle of nowhere dealers too. In a small town of people with not a whole lot of money who are more interested in trucks anyway the car could be a tough sell. Thus selling it to a distant buyer on ebay is a good idea.
