Yes the SRT8 for 2008 does. The start button is on the dash where you would put the key. Yes there is a real key.

I was wondering about the Keyless Go feature myself. Since its borrowed from Mercedes, I looked up the system on their site and heres what I found:
MB Keyless Go Site. So the question is, do the Challengers have all of this feature? And where is the start button located on them? Is there a real ignition key in case of a problem with the keyless feature?
